Winter Solstice Concert: Sacred Circle

We’re not your average choir. We’re about using our voices to raise awareness about issues that matter and singing for peace and social justice.

Want to build incredible vocal skills, explore different genres with a message, and make lifelong friends who raise their voices for the same vision you do

Join us on Sunday, October 11 for our first meet-up. Teens and Young Adult choir meet every Sunday for rehearsal.

No try-outs! Ages 13-21 and all abilities are welcome.
Transportation available.
Inclusive and accessible space. Please let us know if you have questions or require accommodations.

Sunday, September 27 | Westcott Street Cultural Fair

The Westcott Street Cultural Fair is an annual celebration of the diversity and uniqueness of the Westcott neighborhood through its culture, arts, food, organizations and activities for families and students.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please take a moment sign up to volunteer at our table for this September 27th event. Stop by our table to say hi, learn about us, and sing!

If you can help set up or take down our booth, or spend some time engaging visitors at the SCC table between noon and 6:00, please add your name to this sign-up sheet or contact Shanah at 315-880-1796 or shanahwllms@yahoo.com.

Wednesday, September 30 | Autumnal Equinox Singing Party

Join us for an Autumnal Equinox Singing Party to kick off the season. All are welcome for community singing and an open mic night.

Time: 7-9 PM.

Sunday, October 11 | Teen and Young Adult Choir Interest Meeting

Teen Choir begins with an interest meeting at the Information Center

Location: 601 Allen Street, Syracuse
Time: 3 PM – 4:30 PM

Saturday, December 12| Full Choir Rehearsal

Our pre-concert, put-it-all-together, not-quite-final rehearsal will be held at Grace Church.

Location: Grace Church – 819 Madison Street, Syracuse
Time: 10 AM – noon

NOTE: Regular rehearsals for each of the choirs will still occur during the week following this rehearsal.

4 PM at University United Methodist Church at 1085 E Genesee St, Syracuse.
