Become a Sponsor in our Concert Program
Thanks for Choosing to Support the Choir by inserting your business or personal message into our Concert Program.
You have three ways to do this: 1) submit your info by email and pay online: 2) submit your info by email and mail your check; or 3) submit both by mail. Mailing address is below.
There are two ways to fill out the form:
1. Using a scanner: Download and print the appropriate pdf below, fill it out, scan it, and email the scanned image with your message to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please pay online using the PayPal form, below.
2. Using a Word Processor: Download the appropriate docx file, below. Open it in your word processor, fill out the requested information, save, and send to email@example.com. Please remember to make your payment using the PayPal form below.
To Pay Online: Select the size and type of the message you wish from the drop-down menu, below, then click the “Buy Now” button.
You may choose to pay with your credit card whether or not you have a PayPal account. Just select “Don’t have a PayPal Account” (near bottom right on the page that opens next).
To Submit by Mail: Send your check (and your form, if you haven’t sent it by email) made out to the Syracuse Community Choir to: Darlene Yamrose, Syracuse Community Choir, 601 Allen St., Syracuse, NY 13210.
